Bylaw | Evidence — my weekly field notes on the risks companies face and how to prove they’re handled
Privacy policy

Privacy policy.

What I collect through this website, why, and what I never touch. My whole model is built on holding evidence, not data — and that starts here.

Effective June 2026 · Applies to bylawevidence.com

01 / What I collect

I collect only what you choose to send through a form on this site — your name, work email, company, industry, and whatever you write in a message field. I also collect basic, aggregate analytics about site usage (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) to improve the site.

02 / What I do not collect

I do not ask for or want sensitive business data, customer records, protected health information, or credentials through this site. Please do not submit them. My governance work is designed to collect evidence that controls operate — never the underlying data behind them.

03 / How I use what you send

I use your submission to respond to you, prepare for a conversation, and evaluate fit for working together. I do not sell your information, and I do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.

04 / Form handling and service providers

Form submissions are processed by my hosting and form provider to deliver them to me. Those providers process the data on my behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

05 / Cookies and local storage

This site uses minimal browser storage — for example, to remember that you have already seen a pop-up so I do not show it again. I do not use it to track you across other websites.

06 / Your choices

You can ask me to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, at any time, through the contact page. You can clear this site’s cookies and local storage in your browser at any time.

07 / Changes and contact

I may update this policy; the posted version with its effective date applies. Questions about your privacy? Reach me through the contact page.
