What I do/03 · Run it with me
03The full office · a full-time governance role on your team

The full governance office, explained.

Depth 03 is the deepest level: a full-time governance role on your team — running both the environment and the live operations day to day: the record, the reviews, the auditor coordination, the questionnaires, all of it. Here’s what that looks like.

The function, without the headcount.

A serious governance function for a mid-market company means framework tracking, control operation, evidence management, vendor oversight, auditor relations, and customer questionnaires — a full team’s worth of work that usually lands on two people who have other jobs. Depth 03 moves that weight to me.

  • Your compliance obligations are growing faster than your team.
  • Audit season currently costs you a quarter of senior people’s time.
  • You want one accountable expert on the team — not another tool to operate.

What working with me looks like.

03.1 / cadence

A standing rhythm, not a fire drill.

Monthly governance reviews with your leadership, quarterly framework updates, and a record that never needs a season to prepare.

03.2 / boundary

The same data line as every depth.

Full service does not mean full access. I still collect evidence, never your underlying data — the boundary is the method’s foundation, not a depth feature.

03.3 / exit

You keep everything.

The record, the maps, the policies — all of it is yours. If I ever part ways, you walk away more provable than I found you.

The whole office, staffed and accountable.

Depth 03 is everything in the first two depths, operated by me on a fixed rhythm. You keep the decisions; I carry the work.

documentation

Your rulebook, kept current.

New and changed documents read, reconciled, and mapped as they arrive — the rulebook stays accurate without your team maintaining it.

evidence

The record, run daily.

Controls watched, evidence collected, drift caught when it happens. The continuous record from depth 02, operated by me.

audits

Auditors and assessors.

I prepare the evidence, field the requests, and sit in the room. Your auditors and certification bodies keep doing their independent work.

buyers

Security questionnaires.

Enterprise procurement reviews answered from the record, in days rather than weeks.

vendors

Third-party oversight.

Vendor reviews run on schedule, documented, and tied to the obligations they cover.

cadence

A standing rhythm.

Monthly reviews with your leadership and quarterly framework updates. Decisions are routed to you and recorded; the record never needs a season to prepare.

One engagement, three depths.

01

The environment.

Rules mapped, contradictions surfaced, scenarios simulated.

02

Live operations.

Your systems connected and continuous evidence kept current, run full time.

03
You are here

A full-time governance role.

I join your team and run the environment and the live operations day to day.
